After a three year hiatus, the annual Mother’s Day Rhododendron Show & Sale is returning to Crystal Springs!

Show Hours: 12:00pm - 5:00pm Saturday, 10:00am-5:00pm Sunday
Rhododendron ‘Fantastica’
SALE INFORMATION
We will have over 500 plants available, ranging in size from yearlings to mature five foot tall shrubs. Over 100 varieties of rhododendrons and azaleas will be on offer, including some rare species and hybrid rhodies.
The sale will take place in the back service lot near the Exhibit Hall and Meadow lawn.
Friends of Crystal Springs will have early access to the sale beginning at 9:00am on Saturday, May 13. Please show your pass at the gatehouse for entry.
SHOW INFORMATION
The Crystal Springs Mother’s Day Rhododendron Show is a decades-long tradition that celebrates and awards excellence in rhododendron cultivation. Growers from around the area will bring trusses and sprays to display and compete in this show put on by the Portland Chapter of the American Rhododendron Society.
Do you have a beautiful rhododendron growing in your landscape? Even if you’re not sure what type of rhododendron it is, you can still enter your truss or spray!
Entries for the show will be accepted at the Exhibit Hall starting at 7:00am on Saturday, May 13. If you have an armload of trusses/sprays or smaller, please use the main gate to enter. If you are bringing a larger number of entries, you may use the back service road to deliver your trusses and sprays. Please email us for more information.
The show will open to the public at 12:00pm on Saturday, May 13 after judging has been completed. Come see the winning entries!
