About the Class

Taijifit (Pronounced Tai Chi Fit) is a blend of tai chi and qigong moves where there is no pre-learning required. You get to experience the benefits of tai chi and moving meditations together.

About the Instructor

Caz Thompson has trained and worked with David Dorian Ross, an internationally recognized practitioner and the creator of the TaijiFit mind-body exercise program. Caz has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, and enjoys working with people on their overall fitness- mind, body and spirit. She is based in Sherwood and teaches classes in that area.

Her qualifications are numerous, and include: certified instructor in Yoga and Tai chi Fusion, Pilates, Meditation, Silver and Fit, Barre and Balletone. She is a fitness instructor with AFAA, a Nia Black Belt 2nd degree, and a Functional Aging Specialist.
