Morning Yoga (JUL 16)

9:30 - 10:30 am, Gates open at 9:15 am
$20 per class, please arrive 15 minutes early to the class

Surrounded by the beauty of the garden, this series will explore the rhythms and wisdom of our bodies in connection with and as a part of the natural world. Sessions incorporate a generous warm up and cool down with some light Vinyasa in between. Vinyasa is a faster paced practice to warm the body while we connect movement and poses with the breath.

Classes are accessible for all levels.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and clothes that are comfortable to move in.

Instructor Bio

My joy and interest in movement began early as a competitive athlete. When my collegiate career ended I found a natural transition into yoga as a way to continue my love of physical expression and body awareness.

I’m interested in embodied movement as a way to gain deeper access to each of our own experiences, a humbling practice that is continuously unfolding. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and received my 300hr teaching training in 2022, studying under Suniti Dernovsek at The People’s Yoga.

My classes are inspired by my practices in authentic movement, breath awareness, yin and vinyasa yoga, mindfulness and somatic inquiry.
