Morning Yoga

Gentle Morning Yoga with Quinn
$20 per person, 1 Hour
Registration Required

In this 60-minute gentle morning yoga class, we'll explore breath, embodiment, and movement at a pace that's easy to follow with lots of options and plenty of guidance in case you're new to yoga. Class is for anyone who can get on and off the ground by themselves.

Kids are welcome as long as they are registered and will stay on their mat for the duration of class!

  • Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and if you have one, a yoga block. 

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your session start time.


Instructor Bio:

Quinn is an experienced, trauma-informed yoga teacher whose mission is to help people cultivate an inquisitive, responsive, and loving relationship with themselves.
